    We all come from different walks of life but I think most people would be surprised as to how similarly we think and process information. I incorporate various treatment modalities in my practice with the main focus being CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).

    Faulty thinking, emotional thinking, and dysfunctional cognitive structuring will frequently cause problems in our lives with relationships, self-esteem, and difficulty obtaining our goals. Our relationships, work environments, and day-to-day lives will become overwhelming or start to break down and we can’t understand what we are doing wrong. I will help you figure out the patterns, themes, childhood experiences, or habitual behaviors that can frequently get in the way without us being aware of them.
