Rates

$150 per 60-min Intake Assessment Session (Initial Session For New Clients)

$130 per 50-minute Individual Session (Existing Clients)

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance payments at this time. I do not bill insurance companies for services but I can provide you with a monthly billing statement for reimbursement if you wish to submit it to your insurance company. This monthly statement is your receipt for tax or insurance purposes.

Payment

Payment in full is expected at the beginning of each session. I accept payment directly on my website via the client portal.

In the event that you do not use the full session time allotted, please be aware that you will still be charged for the full session rate.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
